Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only.

Made-to-Order Processing All Gunridge House products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $99 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Express shipping options are excluded from free shipping offer.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order's journey.

Delays We do our best to ship on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@gunridgehouse.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll review each situation individually and work with you to make it right.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments Gunridge House offers complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. This complimentary shipping applies to the original outbound delivery only. If a shipment is refused by the customer or is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.
